MEET YOUR INSPECTOR
My name is Ted Kielb, lead home inspector of New View Home Inspections LLC. I am a Certified Master Inspector, New Jersey licensed home inspector (NJ home inspection license# 24GI00138500), and an InterNACHI Certified Professional Home Inspector. We have been inspecting New Jersey for over a decade, and have provided thousands of inspections. I have also had many years of construction experience that has lead me to a successful career in home inspections. I am a native of Little Egg Harbor NJ, where I have spent my life working on homes and inspecting.
I spend a great deal of time working in the community as I coach my kids’ sports and am a volunteer firefighter. All of my time when I am not inspecting homes is spent on family activities and serving my community. I have found that my experience in the fire service has been valuable as a home inspector as well. The additional training is priceless, but the practical value of seeing the safety and structural issues when it matters to life the most – in an emergency – has been pivotal in my decision-making process as a home inspector.
